FUN-SURF MEDIA – Global Business is looking for talented sales professionals and product marketers for the creation of distribution channels and target customers in Middle East/Cairo EG.

International Customer Accountants and Service Coordinators based in Cairo

Required 1+ experience in managing various client accounts, specifically in the international business of product line distribution for New Media service offers (webdesign, advertising and webhosting)

Daily Business Tasks

To provide, develop and update strategic and financial sales plans for enterprise key accounts, cooperational partners and individual customers.

Develop and manage relationship with international Wholesale clients and ensure their satisfaction with service

Collecting client’s requirements and providing input to wholesale marketing on new product/service development and tariff

Supervise coordination with Regulatory and Legal Affairs to ensure compliance and appropriateness of contracts and associated activities.

Work in close cooperation with all planning and administrative departments of the group.

Create customers and support them with technical information and fullfil their wishes within our product portfolio.

Organize meetings, work independently and unsupervised and hold presentations to groups of customer and new staff.

Act as an interface between customers and technical department, customer service and payment center.

Provide input to agreements and business relationship team.

Prepare weekly reports to wholesale Sales planning and performance team.

Conduct market intelligence on current pricing structure, and market practices.

Enhance and add additional outsourcing agreements and business relationship with cooperative partners world wide.

The position requires a degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Development, IT New Media sector, MBA or any fitting best to the respective tasks and corporate implementation opportunity)

Fluent English & Arabic language skills are essential. German knowledge would be an asset.

Marketing Coordinator, full time concentration on growing multimedia marketing and a focus on social and grass roots marketing that we applaud.

FUN-SURF MEDIA a hyper international Internet company with uncountable distribution and publication ways, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its aggressively growing business. The Marketing Coordinator will plan, implement, and coordinate events and promotions, which will increase the Global Operations and the FUN-SURF MEDIA brand recognition. Efforts will generate readership, advertising, circulation, and non-traditional revenue while promoting FUN-SURF MEDIA Internet platforms, products and services in the various countries.

Specific duties include:

coordinating sponsorship of international events in various countries

executing marketing promotions

Serving as liaison between FUN-SURF MEDIA marketing, sales and distribution department and vendors

assisting editorial staff with community outreach, helping grow FUN-SURF MEDIA’s base of contributors, and developing ideas to expand the reach into communities, plattforms and offline and online publication bases as well

staff trainings for sales performance grow, customer service quality and editors writing

campaign management for customers and internal product lines, service offers and Internet advertising

advertising and marketing control, statistics, analysing and reporting

organizing the FUN-SURF MEDIA Social Commitment tasks and members

planning marketing strategies for the corporate and its products

establishing a well communication internal and external

corporate image creation and cherish public relation and press relation contacts

Whats required?

Bachelors degree or equivalent related work experience, 2+ years of experience in marketing. Design experience and working knowledge of common systems in this branch and being able to read and write in Arabic and English. German and French language skills would be an asset.

Strong ability to prioritize and problem-solve; must be a self-starter with a teamwork attitude. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Internet marketing experience preferred – highly preferred is a combo of print and online experience. Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and the ability/flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The position will be based in Cairo EG and requires the flexibility to travel for international business.
